Devo was an acquired taste for me. The first time I heard them, I thought it was just noise, it was so different from anything I’d ever heard before…and I was young. The title was taken from an anti-evolution tract called Jocko-Homo Heavenbound and this music video was taken from a short film, The Truth About De-Evolution, which comprised Devo’s first music video.
