It was nice to see that the Ravens picked up former Vikings kicker Aaron Elling. The guy really had no luck. He put up such fierce competition against Paul Edinger, only to strain his hip just in time to lose the kicking battle and not get picked up by another team. It looked like he had finnaly come into his own as a kicker.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m perfectly happy with Edinger; it’s just too bad a guy has got to lose the competition the way he did. I’m sure he’ll do a fine job for Baltimore.
Now, if we can just find Kelly Campbell a job.
